Terms of Service
The service
Faylon proposes values for fields it detects in your documents. Proposals marked for review are suggestions; you are responsible for verifying every value before using a finalized document.
Your account
Keep your credentials confidential. You must be legally able to enter contracts and use the service only for documents you are entitled to process.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no documents containing other people's personal data without a legal basis, no attempts to probe or disrupt the service.
Plans
The Free plan includes one document, with no watermark. Personal and Pro plans remove the limit. Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable for the current period.
Liability
The service is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for consequences of submitting a document you did not verify. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
Intellectual property
The Faylon name, logo, interface design, detection engine and all software are the exclusive property of Faylon and are protected by copyright, trademark and trade-secret law. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service; nothing transfers ownership, and copying, scraping, reverse-engineering or reselling any part of it is prohibited. Your documents and profile data remain YOURS — we claim no ownership over them.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
